Information we collect
Only what you give us voluntarily: name, phone, email and message (contact form), or email only (newsletter). The site uses no tracking cookies, no advertising and no analytics tools.
How we use it
To answer your request, give you an estimate, follow up on our services and, if you signed up for the newsletter, send you tips and promotions once in a while. We never sell or rent your information.
Third-party services
Forms are sent through Web3Forms, which delivers them to us by email. The site is hosted by OVH. Links to Square (payment), Facebook, Messenger and AnyDesk lead to external sites with their own policies. The site's fonts are hosted on our own server: no data is sent to Google.
Storage in your browser
Only your language preference is remembered in your browser (local storage). It contains no personal information and you can clear it at any time.
Retention
We keep your messages as long as needed to handle your request and follow up on the service, then delete them. Your newsletter email is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under Quebec's Law 25, you may request access to your information, its correction or deletion, or withdraw your consent (including to the newsletter), at any time and free of charge.
